I provide a mixture of services as a hospitality consultant. I give tailored consultancy services focused on the areas of restaurant and catering. In relation to my education and experience, I work with restaurants, hotels, cafes and caterers in order to provide and expand myservices.

Designing menus for different occasions and helping on how to present meals and prepare depending on the situation.

Customer service and staff training programmes

Designing bespoke customer service and staff training programs for catering and hospitality businesses based on the type and the size of the business.

Event planning and managing

Offering event management and planning services for venues for special occasions. Offering supervisory services throughout the preparation of the venue and also, assisting throughout the service and manage the staff.

Product selection, presentation and promotion

Providing these services to restaurants/cafes that displays and sells branded and unbranded products such organic packaged foods, natural beverages and so on. Helping these businesses with product selection (type of the product), product presentation (how it is displayed in store) as well as promotion (means of promotion such as online sales/in store campaigns as well as branding such as packaging).
